We are very much disturbed when see overseas Afghans instead of working for national unity and rescue of the country from disaster are busy with the issue of PUSHTUN or NON-PUSHTUN.

The main theme of this letter is not to debate or accuse somebody for things he has done or to repeat the whole story which is obvious to every one, but to only convey a message through you to those who are genuine Afghans and real Muslims.
During the last two decades of civil war in Afghanistan, many innocent people either lost their lives or maimed. Even no single Afghan family can be found to not affected of this dark-age.
Afghanistan is a Muslim and a multi-national country. Different major and minor nations have enjoyed brotherhood and lived in a very peaceful environment clear of all kinds of prejudice and fanaticism for hundreds of years before Soviet invasion to Afghanistan.
Let me draw your attention to the following facts:
Who is a Muslim? Every one who recites "Kalima-e-Tawhid" even for once is a Muslim because according to Prophet (PBUH) no one can tear the heart of a person to look through it. Chastity, blood and property of any Muslim is religiously prohibited to other Muslim. ALL MUSLIMS ARE BROTHERS. Islam has no border and do not know prejudice. Hazrat Mohammad (PBUH) says that those fuel the flame and extend the dimension of fanaticism are not of us . It means that they are NOT MUSLIM AT ALL and will be counted from hypocritical.
If Islam has not been built based on these strong fundamentals, neither you nor I were Muslim because both of us are not Arabs. And language is only a mean of communication and nothing more to segregate the people.
MORAL OBLIGATION OF AN ISLAMIC GOVERNMENT AGAINST ITS CITIZENS AND RULING OF SHARIAT ====================================================== It is the obligation of an Islamic government to address the basic needs of its civilians including lawful employment, provision of security for their chastity, lives and property and to maintain the hygiene of the environment.
To rule Shariat, the ruler must address the above-mentioned requirements otherwise it has no right to govern the country or to impose a strict law on its people. Referring to the bright and golden history of Islam, we can see for example that during the governorship of Hazrat Omar Farooq (R) when the treasury of government was brought out and asked public if any needy person would like to take something from the treasury as "ZAKAT", no one was ready to move forward as there was no destitute person to be entitled for ZAKAT. But what is happening in Afghanistan now? if you raise a loaf of bread as "ZAKAT" hundreds of poor Afghan men and women will pour on you to take away the bread.
In this situation HOW can an Islamic government deserve the right to chop the hand of a teenage boy for stealing a bag of flour or sentence a woman to death for adultery charge and etc....
The other important issue is the recognition of Taliban by U.N. and western countries. If they believe that they are 100 percent pure Muslim it is not then praiseworthy to them to knock day and night the doors of whom no expectation of well-behaved against Muslim countries is awaited from, to grant them international recognition. Instead if they can show flexibility and seek the help and cooperation of their Muslim brothers, I think it will save their face and will be a cause of glory for them and consequently they can be united and like a "firm wall" resist the difficulties and rescue themselves from slaveness, contempt and disgraceness. Then I believe no justification will leave for U.N. or western countries to abstain the fact.
The Afghans in Afghanistan as well as in Pakistan are living in a very bad condition. The people are even ready to sell their children as they can not feed them. The crops and houses of thousands of innocent people set to fire during the non-sense and bloody conflicts in the past few months. In one day six hundreds children lost their lives because of Cholera among internally displaced people due to fighting. In Pakistan a nice Afghan lady is ready to pass a night with a man for PRs 500./- to make a living thing for her family whose male members of her family are either killed, taken hostage or missing. These Afghans only think of furnishing loaf of breads for their survival. Even small children around 8-9 years old or wandering around to find waste papers and then to sell and buy bread. Numbers of women and children turned to beggars are increasing daily.....and many more tragedies.
Those Afghans living in the western countries are more educated and have more easy lives then people living in this part of the world. They should be open-minded and have a big picture of the situation.
One or two persons can not represent the whole nation. IT IS NOT HONORABLE FOR OUR PROMINENT PERSONALITIES TO RAISE THE ISSUE OF RACE AND PREJUDICE LIKE SAYING PUSHTON, NON-PUSHTON, ETC...and hold the whole nation responsible for the actions of one or two persons and from the other hand INJURIOUS ACTION OF THEM (Mujahdeen commanders) DOSE NOT PROVIDE THE TALIBAN WITH LICENSE OF BEING IN POWER AND CONTINUE TO HARASS THE INNOCENT CIVILIAN.
For your information Taliban are controlling 90 per cent of Afghanistan territory not representing 90 per cent of Afghan people.
FOR GOD SAKE COME TO SENSE. You have been drawn in ditch of prejudice and fanaticism. The sky is shown to you like a coin, but this is not the reality. The demand of miserable Afghan people from you and all others involved in Afghanistan affairs is to serve poor Afghans and demolished Afghanistan like real Muslims and genuine Afghans and do NOT let the hungry and cloth-less children of Afghans to be victimized for bad-omen ambition of the enemies of Afghan nation's culture and religion. If you are a father or have grown-up a son can realize that how much suffering should a person sustain to raise a child and finally how simple it is to lose him for nothing, in a way that fall to the lot of execration of this world and future life.
